Improve your birdwatching skills and your birding experience by learning some essential tools and techniques over this 4 part programme. The ‘Be a better birdwatcher’ series follows on from the ‘Tools of the Trade’ session held earlier in the year. In Part 2 you’ll become a better birdwatcher by learning how to watch birds in the field without disturbing them. This knowledge will give you plenty of time to identify each species you encounter and help you to see more birds on your birdwatching trip. You’ll also learn about what’s expected of you by other birdwatchers and how to watch birds ethically. Price £15 per person . Transport No transport. Meet at Hollybush Conservation Centre at 19:00. What to expect Indoor sessions take place in the Hollybush TCV classroom . Classes last 2 hours with refreshments at 20:00. Toilets are available at the centre.
