Improve your birdwatching skills and your birding experience by learning some essential tools and techniques over this 4 part programme. The ‘Be a better birdwatcher’ series follows on from the ‘Tools of the Trade’ session held earlier in the year. In Part 3 you’ll learn all about the birding year, what species to expect month by month and how to target particular species. Very soon you’ll be able to increase the number of species you’ve seen and improve your general birding knowledge. Price £15 per person . Transport No transport. Meet at Hollybush Conservation Centre at 19:00. What to expect Indoor sessions take place in the Hollybush TCV classroom . Classes last 2 hours with refreshments at 20:00. Toilets are available at the centre. Note for beginners These sessions are aimed at those new to birdwatching or anyone who would like to increase their understanding of the hobby. What to wear The classroom can get a little chilly at times so dress warmly.
