The production of pellets in birds is almost entirely associated with owls but virtually all birds have been seen producing pellets as part of their digestive process. This indoor session looks at bird digestion in detail. By the end of the session you’ll understand why birds produce pellets. You’ll also get the opportunity to dissect owl pellets and identify what has been eaten. Other pellets will be available to view. Price £15 per person including refreshments Transport No transport.
