While many common birds can be seen at any time of year and wherever you go to watch birds, many species can only be seen in specialist habitats. Learn about the different types of habitat that can be found in the UK and the bird species that rely on these special places. This will improve your chances of adding some bird species to your ever growing list and help you to understand how important it is to protect certain areas of the UK. Price £15 per person . Transport No transport. Meet at Hollybush Conservation Centre at 19:00. What to expect Indoor sessions take place in the Hollybush TCV classroom . Classes last 2 hours with refreshments at 20:00. Toilets are available at the centre. Note for beginners These sessions are aimed at those new to birdwatching or anyone who would like to increase their understanding of the hobby. What to wear The classroom can get a little chilly at times so dress warmly.
